In order to offer its customers the highest possible quality standards, the FORMAR-SE Group undertook the quality certification process in 2007.
In December 2007, the certification audit was carried out, and FORMAR-SE obtained ISO 9001 international certification in early 2008, with certificates issued in April of the same year. The first follow-up audit was conducted in January 2009, and the second audit of the FORMAR-SE Group 's quality system was carried out in December of the same year , ensuring that procedures, models, and working methods remain in compliance with the standard.
From the outset, the work procedures for managing plans and studies have been updated, not only to comply with the regulatory standard for quality systems, but also to offer clients the quality they demand.
